Project Overview
Proposed in mid-2024, the Rocky medical clinic project brought a modern, purpose-built medical facility to the community, replacing the aging town-centre clinic that dated back to the 1970s. Two lots were purchased to accommodate the new building, with site clearing beginning in late summer 2024 while the design was coordinated with the incoming tenants.
Construction began in October 2024 and progressed over 12 months. The Primary Care Network was the first tenant to move in, occupying Unit 1 in August 2025. The pharmacy fit-out was completed for move-in in early 2026, and the Rocky Medical Association clinic followed in late spring, opening to the public on June 1, 2026.

Tenants & Units
Unit 1 — Primary Care Network (3,222 sq ft) 12 offices, 2 exam rooms, a boardroom, and additional business support spaces.
Unit 2 — Rocky Medical Association (9,695 sq ft) 21 exam rooms and 2 family treatment rooms. Unit 2 is also home to Central Alberta Medical Imaging Services (CAMIS).
Unit 3 — Pharmacy (1,511 sq ft) Fully fitted-out pharmacy serving clinic patients and the wider community.
Unit 4 — Available (2,026 sq ft) Currently unleased, with negotiations ongoing to bring in a business that complements the medical use.
